Refunds and Returns
If you receive your product from us and it is damaged, you will need to send a description of the damaged product and photos as proof of purchase to email@example.com Once we have received this evidence, we will be able to arrange a free replacement or a refund for you. You do not have to send us back the damaged product.
If your damaged product was purchased at one of the stores that stock our products, you will need to contact the store where you bought it from. If the product was received as a gift, you will need to ask the sender where it was
purchased from originally, and then contact the appropriate person.
We do not offer refunds or replacements if you decide you have changed your mind about a particular product you have purchased.
