Q: How long will my delivery take?
A: When we receive your order, it will be prepared within 1 day and dispatched within 1-2 business days. It
will take around 3-5 business days to reach you, however delivery time may vary depending on where in
Australia you are based. We will choose the fastest shipping company to send your delivery to you.

Q: How much will shipping cost?
A: On average, if you spend over $150 shipping to US, Canada, Europe will be around $30.

Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: At present, we ship around Australia only. In the future, we are hoping to stock our products overseas.

Q: What if I change my mind or want a refund?
A: Please read Refunds and Returns for more information on refunds.

Q: If I receive my delivery and one of the parts is missing, what do I do?
A: If you bought the product from us, we are more than happy to resolve the issue for you. For example, if you ordered one of the Puzzle + Draw Magnetic kits from our website and one of the magnetic pieces was missing, you would need to email us at info@happydistribution.com.au with a description of the product and the missing part. We will then have the missing part sent out to you. If the product was bought from one of the stores that stock our products, you will need to contact them to resolve the issue.

Q: I bought my MierEdu product at one of your other stores. If there is a problem with my purchase, who would I need to contact?
A: If this is the case, you will need to contact the store you bought it from (not us) for a refund or replacement.

Q: Do you offer any discount codes?
A: MierEdu do not usually have discount codes available. However, on the occasion that we do decide to run a promotion featuring a discount code, we will advertise it on our social media (Instagram and Facebook).

Q: I want to order a particular product but on the website they are all out of stock. When will the item be back in stock?
A: Don’t worry! Sometimes our items are so popular that they sell out very quickly. As our products are imported from China, sometimes we have to wait a couple of weeks for the next shipment to arrive, but we try our absolute best to get them back in stock as soon as they arrive. As soon as we have stock available, we update the quantity of products on the website to show they are back in stock, so keep an eye out if there is a particular product you want to purchase.
