For Change of Mind returns, mierEdu will refund the cost of the product itself. The buyer will be responsible for any shipping costs.
Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.
Time Period
For purchases that exceed our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee period, we are unable to process return requests for non-quality related issues. This includes any Change of Mind requests, or product damages upon opening.
Return Address
Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide you with our mailing address via e-mail.
For purchases which have not been made directly through mierEdu’s online store, please contact your retailer for a refund.

Faulty Goods Returns
If the product you receive is faulty, you will need to provide proof of purchase to receive a refund or replacement product. Please follow these steps:
- Provide relevant proof of purchase. This includes your order number and a description of the fault, including photos. We may also accept an Original Receipt or Credit Card Statement as proof of purchase.
- Please e-mail this information to: market@mieredu.com.au
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or reimbursement, free of charge. You will not need to send us back the damaged product.
All products sold directly by mierEdu or mierEdu's authorized distributors are covered by this warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
If your damaged product was purchased in-store at one of our stockists, you will need to contact the store directly to arrange compensation.
If the product was received as a gift, you may need to ask the sender where it was initially purchased from, then proceed following the instructions previously outlined.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
All refunds will be credited in the original form of payment.
If you have paid by credit or debit card, your refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
Please contact the card-issuing bank with any enquiries relating to when credit will be issued to your account.
